Commemorative and memorial tree dedication.

There are many reasons for wanting to dedicate a tree: moral, memorial, commemorative, the list goes on. The simple fact is that it is never a bad thing to plant a tree, but, sadly, not everyone has the space to put an Oak at the bottom of the garden or create a memorial tree lined walk. In modern life it is more likely that a large tree in an urban environment will cause more problems than good and certainly won't live for it's expected life span. If you choose to purchase one of our commemorative trees, the cost is split between a donation supporting the provision of Forest School in Cheshire and one of our supported Charities. Only trees planted for conservation purposes will be allocated as commemorative trees.

General tree dedication.

We will plant a tree or nominate a previously planted tree in one of the plantations and you will receive a personalised, A5 certificate in a dust jacket. The tree be allocated from the conservation planting and will be one of the following: Hawthorn, Blackthorn, Holly, Dog Rose, Gean Cherry, Alder, Crab Apple, Hornbeam, Field Maple or Rowan. The cost of dedicating a general tree is £8.00 including VAT. Names are added to the Roll of Honour.

Single Oak dedication

We will plant an Oak or nominate a previously planted Oak in one of our plantations and you will receive a personalised, A5 certificate in a dust jacket. The cost of dedicating an Oak is £10.00 including VAT. Framed in an A5 Oak frame for hanging or standing is £18.00 including VAT. Framed in an A4 Oak frame for hanging or standing is £25.00 including VAT. Names are added to the Roll of Honour.

Commemorative Oak.

We will plant an Oak on one of the commemorative walks and present you with a personalised, Oak framed A4 certificate telling you the location of the tree, Oak framed A5 certificates for 2 further family members and A5 certificates in dust jackets for further family members or friends. The commemorative walks are easily accessible and we will mark your tree with a plaque. The ongoing management of the plantation will ensure the plaque is maintained. These Oaks have been purchased to celebrate marriages, births and even deaths with several scattering of ashes having taken place. The cost of a Commemorative Oak is £100.00 including VAT. Names are added to the Roll of Honour.

Fundraising opportunity.

Should you be a charity, for example, a Parent Teacher Association, a Community group, a Scout group or even a National charity then there is an opportunity to use dedication of our trees to raise money for yourselves.
